*ADVISORY REGARDING THE CANCELLATION OF THE CONCERT ON THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 13TH:
In order to accomodate the celebration of the Anniversary of the City of Guadalajara, the concert which was scheduled for Thursday, February 13th has been cancelled. Members of the public may request the corresponding reimbursement at the same place and by the same means that the tickets were purchased.
THESE ARE THE POLICIES FOR TICKETMASTER IN SOLICITING YOUR REIMBURSEMENT:
- If your purchase was realized via Phone Center or Internet, the cost of the tickets will be automatically reimbursed directly to the credit or debit card that was used for the purchase. This reimbursement will be reflected in your Credit or Debit account, 36 hours after the date authorized by the promotor.
- If your purchase was realized at a Ticketmaster Center or at the Box Office, the cardholder will need to return to the place where the tickets were purchased and present the tickets to be reimbursed and the credit or debit card that was used to pay for them.
- If yours was a cash purchase, you need only to present the tickets and you will be immediately and directly reimbursed.
