First 2016 Orchestra Season, Teatro Degollado
For the first time in its history, the OFJ has invited the Orquesta Sinfónica Juvenil de Guadalajara to join us on the Degollado stage in celebration of that group´s tenth anniversary this year. Guadalajara “tapatio” native pianist José Kamuel Zepeda will thrill and delight us with his interpretation of composer Antonio Gomezanda´s Fantasía Mexicana para piano y orquesta.
In the second part of the concert, more than forty talented youths, members of the OSIJUG, combine their considerable talents with the OFJ to interpret Franz Schubert´s Sixth Symphony.
